Crossfit
When I started my fitness journey, I was surprised that getting to the gym was hard but staying motivated to keep showing up was 20x harder. When I first discovered Crosstraining in my local gym, I thought the excitement would wear off in a few weeks, as any of the other group gym classes I did. It was quite the opposite. I got addicted to the feeling, the mindset, and the community that comes with it. From going twice a week, I'm now doing somewhere between 5 to 6 times per week, some days even twice a day. I know I'm good at it, so it inspires me to learn more, get better, stronger both physically and mentally. I imagine myself competing at the Crossfit games and any other games I can get into one day.
The best reward I get from training is to get to know myself, the true ME, in levels I didn't even know existed. There is this badass version of all of us waiting to get out!
At the end of the day we all have that in common, we want to be happy, healthy, and well with a strong body, clear mind & free spirit!
