PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACH
There is a plethora of pressure and stress from the external world so my FOCUS is all about trying to create positive impacts on those I interact with. To me it is all about slowing down, putting our energy into the correct places, learning to control what we can control and letting go of what we cannot. I believe we need to FOCUS on bettering ourselves and one another, working together and trying to live the most positive lives we can, to make the most of the short time we have, in what can be a sometimes very overwhelming world.
I need to RESET after long work days and large training sessions. When I have been smashing my sympathetic nervous system and my cortisol levels are high. I need to hit that RESET button so the next day I am ready to go again and feel good doing so.
To CHILL I love being in nature. Away from people, technology, city noises. Somewhere I can get fresh air and ideally some sun on my face. That or snuggled up on the sofa with a good film and something yummy.
LevelOut means finding your equilibrium. The 3 pillars of FOCUS, RESET and CHILL all work in harmony with one another so that we optimise our performance - enabling us to be the happiest, healthiest and most effective versions of ourselves. All whilst enjoying the process.
