CBD ISOLATE– Acts on the endocannabinoid system in the body to reduce stress, has anti-inflammatory qualities and provides pain relief. We use CBD isolate in FOCUS because it is the only form of CBD that can be made water-soluble. For further details read our CBD section below.

BCAA's – These are composed of 3 amino acids: Leucine, isoleucine and valine. These are the building blocks for new muscle tissue and help prevent DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). Together they act on the muscles to reduce muscle breakdown, improves recovery and helps you train harder and longer.

GINSENG – Improves cognitive performance and fights fatigue (we use the more potent panax ginseng, not the american or siberian strains).

L-THEANINE – Works symbiotically with caffeine (from Guarana in FOCUS) to increase concentration and lower stress, including the stimulation of alpha brainwaves which relax the mind without inducing drowsiness.

GLUTAMINE (AMINO ACID) – Boosts immune system, especially relevant for those engaging in exhaustive physical exercise.

VITAMIN C – Boosts immune system by encouraging production of white blood cells and acts as an antioxidant to protect cells from free radicals. Also plays a role in maintaining healthy skin, healing wounds, and preventing iron deficiency (by improving absorption of iron). Not possible to store in the body so useful to take regularly.

• Also contains plant terpenes, flavonoids, vitamins, minerals, plant proteins all from original hemp source

Isolate

• Used in FOCUS as this is the only form of CBD that is water soluble
• Created by removing all other molecules except CBD from a Broad Spectrum extract
• All that remains is a white powder that is at least 99% pure CBD with 0.0% THC

The new normal charity:

Jack and Ben met in 2016, three years after the death of Jack’s dad, Dave. While cutting Jack’s hair in his barbershop in North West London, Ben explained that he was also faced with the stark reality of a life without his father- after the terminal cancer diagnosis of his dad, Steve.
 
After Steve’s death, the boys decided that they wanted to take the conversation of their dads out to the wider community. And over hotdogs in Hoxton, The New Normal charity and their ‘Good Grief’ support groups were born- where grievers are encouraged to share stories and experiences of their grief journeys and their lost loved ones in an attempt to empower those left behind.
 
Running since May 2018, TNN has hosted over 200 peer-to-peer support sessions aimed at normalising the conversations around grief. Connecting more than 1000 people from all over the world, 2020 saw the charity’s biggest growth year to date- with plans to add further mental health and grief groups to their arsenal soon.
