My name is Lucy aka Chief Puffin, founder of Team Puffin and Lucy Walton Coaching.I've been qualified PT for 14years and moved all my business online following the start of the pandemic.I currently teach 10 online classes a week that my members can join live or on demand and offer 1-1 online coaching for clients looking for fat loss and muscle gain.

My own fitness journey started quite late and my passion for group exercise classes was just the starting point. I started competing in drug free bodybuilding shows in 2012.I became a Pro Fitbody competitor in 2014 and placed 3rd in the world in my first pro show in Boston USA. I now also prep and coach clients for Bodybuilding shows and regularly judge for the UKDFBA.
