I FOCUS on my family and my work. Being the best I can be towards my family. My goal with the business is to make as many people as happy as possible, using movement as the tool to do so.

RESET requires movement. I like to move. Movement is my therapy. For me movement isn’t always something that needs to have lots of energy, it can be used to calm down and reset, and for me it serves that purpose.

I CHILL by napping on the sofa with my dog. Getting out into nature. Bringing myself down in as many natural ways as possible.

LevelOut means finding a calm, steady state. Where I can figure out whether I need to pick myself up or bring myself down so I can perform at my best.
